About Rob

Rob McCarty (Co-Founder): Emerging media and marketing expert published in Adweek, Digiday, MediaPost, the Drum, and imedia connection. Founder and Chief Gatekeeper of Gateway Media, a VR/AR advertising agency that works directly with leading brands such as Facebook, Warner Bros, and Amazon to develop virtual reality driven campaigns to increase connection among brands and consumers. Seeing the value simulations provide in advertising, Rob partnered with Miles Suleman, a former Tesla, Inc. employee who was all too accustom to the value of organizational culture and team development, to create a program that uses simulation training and team building.
